If you wish to reschedule or cancel a booking this must be done no later than 2 days before your appointment. Refund & Cancellation Policy: We offer a full money-back guarantee for all sessions booked on our website. If you are unable to attend a session or have changed your mind, you are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your booking purchase date. After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.
